Philly courts will be closed until at least June 1, 2020.  If you have been given a court date before June 1, please know it will be rescheduled to a later date.  This is a rapidly changing situation, so please look for updates at www.philadefender.org.

STAY IN CONTACT WITH YOUR ATTORNEY

Make sure to contact your attorney’s office within 3 days of your release.  It is important that they have your updated contact information so they can reach you while working on your case and while preparing to defend you in court.

If you have not been interviewed by Defender staff, you will need an interview before your next hearing to make sure we have all the information we need to defend you.  Please make sure we can reach you by phone.

CONTACT THE DEFENDER OFFICE SO WE CAN DEFEND YOU

If you are represented by the Defender Association, please let us know your contact information and anything else that can help us defend you.  Contact us by leaving a message at 215-568-3190 or at www.philadefender.org.  If you need any supportive services at this time, please contact us right away.
